Shipping Information
We’re so excited to get your order to you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
How We Ship
- We ship across Canada, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates
- We offer free shipping on orders above $150 before taxes, excluding oversized items and bicycles (which are not eligible for shipping).
- For orders below $150 before taxes, we offer a $20 flat rate shipping fee, excluding oversized items and bicycles (which are not eligible for shipping).
- Please note: Some remote locations may have additional shipping fees. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know before we ship your order.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier, but on average, orders should arrive within 2-7 business days.
- If there are any delays with your order, we’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you get the products you ordered.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to ask!
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Simply contact us at hello@seatoskybicycles.ca to initiate a return or exchange.
- Let us know the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- You can always come in store to process a return once you have initiated the process with us via email.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
- If you prefer to exchange an item, we can help with that too! Let us know what you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll make sure it’s sent out to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Some items, including cycling shorts, are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, don’t hesitate to ask us.
What About Sale Items?
- All sales are final on discounted items, but don’t worry – we want you to love what you bought! If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!
