When you shop with us, we want your experience to be as simple and positive as possible. By using our website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If something doesn’t feel right or you have any concerns, please let us know. We’re here to make things right.

We do our best to make sure the information on our site is accurate and up to date. However, because things change quickly, we can’t always guarantee that every product is available as shown. If you order something that’s unavailable, we’ll let you know and help you find the best alternative or offer a refund.

3. Making an Order with Us

When you make a purchase, you’re offering to buy the product(s) at the listed price. We’ll send you an order confirmation once we’ve received it, but please note that the contract is only completed when your payment is processed, and your order is shipped. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

4. Returns & Exchanges

We know sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange a product, please check out our Return Policy [insert link] for guidance on how to proceed. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy with your purchase — just let us know within 30 days from when you received it.

We’re excited to get your order to you! We’ll do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on where you are and product availability. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. However, please understand that we can’t control any delays once it’s with the shipping carrier.
